Gratitude for Family & Friends
Hello!
I am in Texas! It is so special to be spending time with family and friends right now. I haven’t been back since early 2020 so this has been a great time to reconnect and see everyone. The kids have gotten so big and I love hearing about life from the last few years.
If you have been supporting me for the last few years- THANK YOU. I have the most loyal and dedicated supporters. Other ministries that rely on support lost a lot of funds during the pandemic and in the rising cost of inflation. But our funds stayed stable and secure and this allowed me and Venesch to support families in crisis and trauma. Having this level of stability allows us to invest in Cape Town with a lot of security.
I am also here to help raise funds for the next couple of years. Courageous Care is growing and needs supplies, petrol money, and possibly even a new staff member to keep growing. In the face of inflation, we are looking to have about $1000 more a month. This money goes to our salary and ministry costs. That means I can train organizations, counsel families, and meet with kids without creating a financial barrier. We do encourage them to pay what they can, but because I have such generous supporters, no one is denied care or support because of finances.
